Application Fee:

Pre-K 3 and 4: $50.00

Grades K through 8: $100.00

Fees are due at the time of registration or re-enrollment as follows: 

Pre-K3 and 4 (1/2 day): $150.00

Grades K through 8: $300.00

Payments: Payments are due June 1, 2024, July 1, 2024, August 1, 2024, September 1, 2024, October 1, 2024, November 1, 2024, December 1, 2024, January 1, 2025, February 1, 2025, March 1, 2025, April 1, 2025, and May 2025. The payment schedule is for 12 equal payments. No tuition deposit will be due at the time of registration/re-enrollment. Annual and Semi-Annual tuition payment plans are available, but no discount for early payment is given. Full payment may be made at any time. Those registering after the payment plan begins may be placed on a mutually agreeable payment plan. All plans must be completed by May 1, 2025.

Methods of Payment: Payments may be by cash, check, ACH or credit card (through PayPal).

Starting on June 1, 2024, Credit Card fees in the amount of 3% will be passed to the payor and are not the responsibility of St. Martin's.

Terms: Payment is due the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 10th. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account if payment is received after the 10th of the month. A $35.00 fee will be charged to your account for a returned check. No grades or transcripts shall be released for any students whose accounts are not fully paid.

Fees: Fees are additional and not included in tuition. Fees include, but are not limited to: Lunch Fees, Extended Day Care Fees, Field Trip Fees, Sports Fees and Club Fees. Please see Lunch Menu, Extended Day Care Contract, and Permission Slips for applicable fees. Activity Fees and Technology Fees are included in the published tuition.

† –The church member discount will only be extended to children of members who have been members of the church, or a local Lutheran Church, in good standing, as determined by the Pastor.
