Fees are due at the time of registration or re-enrollment as follows:
Pre-K3 and 4 (1/2 day): $150.00
Grades K through 8: $300.00
Payments: Tuition is paid in 12 equal monthly installments, due on the 1st of each month from June 2026 through May 2027. No tuition deposit is required at the time of registration or re-enrollment.
Annual and semi-annual payment plans are available, though no discount is offered for early payment. Full payment may be made at any time. Families enrolling after the start of the payment cycle may be placed on a mutually agreed-upon payment plan. All tuition balances must be paid in full by May 1, 2027.
Methods of Payment: Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, St. Martin’s Lutheran School will utilize Blackbaud Tuition Management to provide families with a streamlined, secure, and user-friendly payment experience.
Tuition payments may be made via ACH (bank draft) or credit card directly through the Blackbaud platform. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments and is assessed by the payment processor; this fee is not retained by St. Martin’s. ACH payments do not incur a processing fee.
Terms:
Payment is due the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 10th. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account if payment is received after the 10th of the month. A $35.00 fee will be charged to your account for a returned check. No grades or transcripts shall be released for any students whose accounts are not fully paid.
† –The church member discount will only be extended to children of members who have been members of the church, or a local Lutheran Church, in good standing, as determined by the Pastor.
Fees: Fees are additional and not included in tuition. Fees include, but are not limited to: Extended Day Care Fees, Field Trip Fees, Sports Fees, and Club Fees. Please see Lunch Menu, Extended Day Care Contract, and Permission Slips for applicable fees.
Financial Aid Guidance
FAST is the required application platform for families seeking tuition assistance. While FAST does not make award decisions, it provides a confidential, need-based financial analysis and recommends what a family can reasonably contribute toward tuition.
All application results are reviewed by the School Board Financial Aid Committee, which makes recommendations to the Head of School based on the upcoming year’s budget. Once approved, financial aid awards are communicated directly to families.
Please note: Financial aid is not automatically renewed. Families must reapply each year.

Application Fee
There is a $53 non-refundable application fee, payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) once all sections are completed.
