Sports

Middle school sports are an integral part of the educational experience at St. Martin’s. Starting in the 5th grade, students are eligible to participate and wear that Bulldog uniform. St. Martin’s competes against other private middle schools in Anne Arundel County.

Girls in grades 3-5 can participate in Girls on the Run.  Girls on the Run is a national organization that believes “every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.”

Both boys and girls in grades K-4 can play in the lower school soccer club.

Clubs

Celebrating science, culture and the arts should not be relegated simply to the school day. At St. Martin’s, students of all ages can take part is various fun and challenging after-school activities. It is also a fun way to interact with students of different grades and to make new friends.

New clubs are always being added based off student and teacher interest. If a student has an interest in starting a particular club, all they have to do is find a teacher sponsor.

Outdoor Education

St. Martin’s is blessed to be located in the capital of the great State of Maryland. That blessing is multiplied by the beauty of Chesapeake Bay and the counties that surround it. All K-8 students take part in St. Martin’s Outdoor Education program.

The Fall consists of full day at Camp Wabanna in Edgewater. In addition to team-building activities, students learn about ecosystems and other aspects of earth science.

In the Spring, students cross the Bay Bridge and visit the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in beautiful St. Michael’s. The day is spent doing hands-on STEM activities on the banks of the Miles River. Students also learn the history of the men and women who fish and crab these waters for a living.

Alumni

St. Martin’s has been graduating Bulldogs since 1963. Some of our graduates spent a decade or more at our school. We are always looking to engage our alumni and have them back on campus. You can get in touch with us online: https://www.stmartinsonline.org/alumni

We are always looking to add to the Life after St. Martin’s section of our website. If you have a success story to share, please reach out to us.
