Welcome to the school calendars section of the St. Martin's website.  Choose one of the school calendars from the left menu.  Use the print button to view a printer friendly version of the calendar.  You can also download the calendar to your favorite iCal compatible calendar application by clicking on the export link.

Receive Events By E-Mail

Did you know you can receive a weekly e-mail of the week's upcoming events at St. Martin's School? There are two e-mail lists that you can subscribe to: school calendar events and Bulldog games and practices. These e-mails contain the same events that you see on the school and Bulldog calendars on the website. You will also receive an e-mail of any last minute changes to the calendar.  The e-mails are sent weekly on Sundays. Subscribe to either or both lists by entering your e-mail address below (lists are hosted by FeedBurner.com, a division of Google)..

Download Events to your PC, iPad or iPhone

Did you know you can download the St. Martin's calendar to your PC, iPad or iPhone? The calendar is synchronized so you will always have the latest calendar information available to you on your device. You can even download events to your Google Calendar.  See below for instructions on how to do it:

For iPad or iPhone users:

1. Open the Safari browser, navigate to the St. Martin's church or school calendar
2. Click the subscribe option in the upper right corner. From the popup window, just select the Mac link
3. Your iPad or iPhone is now synchronized with the calendar

For iCal Users (Mac)

1. Navigate to the St. Martin's church or school calendar
2. Click the subscribe icon at the top right of the calendar
   
3. Click the "webcal:// ..." URL
4. iCal will automatically open, asking if you wish to subscribe. Follow the prompts to subscribe to the calendar.

For Thunderbird / Sunbird Users

1. Navigate to the St. Martin's church or school calendar
2. Click the subscribe icon at the top right of the calendar
3. Highlight the "http://..." URL with your mouse, then choose the menu option "Edit | Copy" to copy the URL to your computer's clipboard
4. Open up Thunderbird or Sunbird program, choose the menu option "File | New | Calendar..."
5. Follow the screen to setup a calendar on the network using the iCalendar (ICS) format. Paste the URL into the Location field

For Google Calendar Users (Browser)

1. Navigate to the St. Martin's church or school calendar
2. Click the subscribe icon at the top right of the calendar
3. Highlight the "http://..." URL with your mouse, then choose the menu option "Edit | Copy" to copy the URL to your computer's clipboard
4. Open up your Google Calendar, use the "Add by URL" option to create a new calendar and paste the URL into the URL field

For Outlook 2007 Users

(Note: Outlook 2003 is not supported)
