This article originally appeared in the June 25, 2008 edition of the Capital. St. Martin's Lutheran School now has a flag, thanks to this year's graduating eighth-grade class. The 18 students in the class designed the flag and raised the money to make it as their gift to the school, which most of them have attended since kindergarten. "This flag is very special. It's the only one St. Martin's has ever had. The kids really put their heart and soul into doing this," said Margy Wolfe, principal. "It represents the values of what they learned here."
