Come one, call all children ages 2 through 5th grade

REGISTRATION: SUNDAY, AUGUST 23RD AND AUGUST 30TH IN THE NARTHEX AND CLASSROOM HALLWAY.

RETURNING FAMILIES – LOOK FOR YOUR REGISTRATION FORM IN YOUR EMAIL!

First Day of Sunday School, September 13, 2009 at 9:45 am

Pupils, parents and teachers will gather in the gym on the first day of Sunday School. On site registration will be available that day. A parent or close family member must enroll each child. Please look for the “registration table” in the gym.

The children will be introduced to this year’s theme and theme song. The class teachers will be introduced and will lead the children to their assigned classrooms, where they should be picked up at 10:45a.m. by a parent or designated family member.

We are asking the parents to remain in the gym for a brief orientation. A “parent package” will be distributed to each family. The package will include the following:

• General expectations of family members
• Attendance awards
• Calendar of Sunday school activities and events
• An outline of class emphases
• Faith goals (what, who and when)
• Music
• Teacher roster
• Volunteer application
